original watercolour art for my junicorn 2025 piece, 'ascension'. a rainbow of winged unicorns (or alicorns, if you'd like), rises to the sun in unity. i originally called this piece 'flying upward' after the track of the same name from the soundtrack to jean cocteau's 'la belle et la bete'. look it up, if you'd like. i think the triumphant swell of the piece (masterfully composed by georges auric) really suits.
